"My PC finally starts up without the usual hassle"
I used to get so annoyed every time I turned on my PC because a bunch of random stuff would pop up right away. After stopping all that startup junk, it boots noticeably faster now. it feels more like how my computer used to run when I first got it

"Works fine, but the privacy stuff bugs me"
I’ll be honest, the tools themselves are decent and I didn’t have many issues using them. At first I was like, okay, this is actually not bad. But then I started looking at the privacy and tracking details and my mood changed fast. A lot of it feels vague, and I wish there were clearer settings and more control over what data gets used. It’s not awful or anything, but I definitely don’t feel fully安心 about it

"Registry cleaner felt kind of sloppy"
I tried this registry cleaner a couple of times, and it felt hit or miss. The scan results changed a lot between runs, which made me question whether it was actually finding real issues or just throwing random stuff at me. Nothing broke, thankfully, but the whole thing felt a bit carelessly handled, like the fixes weren’t something I could fully trust

"Free version didn’t feel very useful to me"
I tried the free version for a bit, but it didn’t really do much for me. It scans and shows you some things, but the fixes I actually wanted seemed locked behind the paid version. Compared to other free tools I’ve used, this felt a lot more like a preview or an ad than something I could actually rely on. I understand they need to make money, but I ended up uninstalling it quickly

I tried using this on my Windows 11 PC and it kept crashing over and over. I wish I’d read the reviews first because it ended up being more frustration than it was worth. Definitely regret wasting time on it

I accidentally bought the wrong plan and felt kind of trapped at first, like I was stuck paying for something I didn’t even need. I reached out to support for a refund, and while they took a little longer to respond than I would’ve liked, they did handle it without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. The money showed up again after a few days. It wasn’t perfect, but it was fair, and I’m glad they actually helped

To be fair, the whole process was about as smooth as you’d hope. The download finished quickly, setup didn’t throw any weird extra steps at me, and it opened right up after installing. Straightforward experience overall.

I’ve used Glarysoft a handful of times, and my snap judgment is that it’s a solid site. The downloads went through without any weird issues, and the tools felt legit enough to use. The popups and upgrade nudges can get a little irritating, but nothing that made me feel like the site was shady. Overall, I’d say I trust it, and its reputation seems decent.

"Pro version didn’t really convince me"
I’d been using the free version for a while and figured upgrading to Pro would make things noticeably better, like I’d get a bunch of useful features or see some clear improvement right away, but after trying it, it mostly felt like the same thing with a few extra buttons added on.
It works fine and I’m not saying it’s a bad product, I just expected more for the price, especially some better results or at least a more obvious reason to keep paying, and on my PC I didn’t notice much of a difference.

"Am I the only one whose antivirus freaked out?"
Am I the only one who had their antivirus start yelling right after downloading this? It immediately flagged it for malware/PUP stuff. I know it could’ve been a false alarm, but that was enough to make me not trust it. I uninstalled it and ran a full scan just to be safe. Not worth the risk for me.

I’ve been using glarysoft for a while and the billing has been straightforward overall. My renewal went through automatically, which I forgot about, but to be fair, they did send an email reminder beforehand. The price felt reasonable to me. I do think a lot of customers would appreciate it if the cancel option was easier to find, though. Nothing major to complain about, just something to watch for when your renewal date is coming up.

Glarysoft seemed to find most of the junk files on my laptop, and as far as I can tell, it didn’t delete anything important. The disk cleanup felt accurate overall, though I do wish it gave a little more explanation for some of the items before removing them.

I don’t really buy into all the polished company talk about software “just working,” but to be fair, Glarysoft updates have been painless for me. They install without making a fuss, and so far none of them have messed up my PC.

Support got back to me fast, which was a relief, and actually understood what I was trying to explain. They walked me through the fix without overcomplicating it, and it just felt like a normal, helpful chat instead of one of those frustrating support loops

I tried running a scan with glarysoft, but it was way too slow. I waited around for ages and there wasn’t really any clear message about what was happening or how much longer it would take. After a while, I got fed up and just gave up on it...

I gave glarysoft.com a try, and yeah, some of the tools are actually useful. But the interface started getting on my nerves fast. There are buttons and menus all over the place, and half the time I had to pause and figure out what I was even clicking.
The whole design feels dated and way too crowded, like something that hasn’t been cleaned up in years. I don’t really want to spend extra time hunting around for basic features. It works, sure, but it definitely wasn’t the smooth, quick experience I was hoping for.
